Fresh, Mobile, Made to Order

We are Wild West Coast Bowls, a mobile food truck serving Austin, TX and the surrounding area. We come to you. Every drink is made fresh when you order it, from our fruit smoothies blended with organic, locally sourced fruit to our full coffee menu. Ten years of hands-on experience go into everything we pour.

Our smoothies are customizable. Choose your fruit, add protein or chia seeds, and pick a dairy-free or vegan option if that suits you. On the coffee side, we pull espresso, steam a latte, foam a cappuccino, and serve iced coffee, cold brew, mochas, and americanos. We also keep matcha on the menu for a lighter lift. Our beans come from a local roaster, and we rotate seasonal specials through the year.

We cater private events, weddings, corporate gatherings, and community festivals. Book the truck for a party, order in bulk for your business, or bring us to your next fundraiser. We support local farms and run school programs when the community calls. We also offer military, student, and first responder discounts because those things matter to us.

Drinks run around five to six dollars and smoothies about thirteen. No storefront to find. We show up where you are, set up, and serve. If you have a date in mind or a question about your event, reach out, and we will help you plan it.
